The AIM Centre provides a holistic and integrated model of care for people affected by diabetes – including those at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. We are here for both adults and children.
All at one convenient location, the AIM Centre provides access to leading specialists in Endocrinology, Dietetics, Diabetes Education, Haematology, Behavioural Paediatrics, and Clinical Trials.
We also run a range of support group sessions to help you understand, manage and maximise your health.
We are also an official NDSS Access Point. If you are an NDSS member, you can come to our clinic to purchase your NDSS products at a subsidised cost.
